#weightlossjourney 3 kgs lost in 1 month. Goal is for more! I am thrilled and so eager to share with my friends here. Post pregnancy weight is such a headache. But even after 5 years I still found myself always wanting to lose weight. It was only recently I did it the smart way. 1. No short cuts. One needs to work on exercise and Eating right.
2. No skipping breakfast
3. Eat early by 7:30 pm.
4. Increase your raw fruits and vegetables. Salads and soups. Never starve
5. Enjoy your DAILY exercise. If you hate floor exercises. Go for a run, join a class, walk fast and more. Download a tracker to keep a monitor on your daily exercise. Don't ever give up!!! Who else wants to get back in shape? Before baby body ?
