Well wife has a high Lft and sugar

She needs to avoid fat , oil, dairy as well as carbs !! Now what do I make for her ?? Almost everything ruled out :(

You can make regular Indian food with less oil, add salad and fruits in deit, use different grains like jowar, bajra, ragi to make rotisserie. <br> .

Include avacado, oatmeal if required jaggery is good too. Try Soaking ladies finger sliced overnight and drink this water early morning in empty stomach as it helps to prevent and reduce the risk of diabetes and BP.

You can also include oats..soy milk..and like oats khichdi..etc is good.daliya with veggies has less carbs..see everything will have little carb etc more fluids..

Go for more fruit and salad diet..fruits like apple..pear..pmegrenete..kiwi etc have less sugar..
