I wish to ask that I feel depressed so times as I hvnt felt my baby yet properly m in 23rd week..  Due to which I have weird thoughts in my mind will everything will be fine.. Wat is wrng with me or my baby..
I always keep worrying abt my baby.
I would like to hear from u how to cope up wth ths...

Dear Mom-to be, You are in your 23 rd week ,which means the baby is developing and you are on the brink of experiencing the long awaited movement. As long as the baby is healthy on the ultrasounds and the doctor can hear a heartbeat, I wouldn't worry. Doctors don't expect you to feel consistent movements until about 28 weeks. Every person and baby is different since there are so many factors that can affect feeling the movement. Mom's weight, the baby's size, the baby's and mom's activity level and so forth. The baby's location in the womb at 23 weeks along can impact the mother's ability to feel movements. But if you still have concerns, and you need that peace of mind, i'd suggest you bring it up with your doctor so they can help you understand it better. By constantly worrying, it will steal you of the joy of enjoying the pregnancy. The more 'weird' thoughts you have the more anxious you'll get. Take a step back. Make an appointment with the doctor and then focus on your emotional health by calming yourself by relaxation exercises, watching a light movie, going out with your husband or listening to some good old music.
