Went for scan as I was feeling less fetal movements from last 2-3days..this is my scan report..plz assist @Dr Shilpitha Singh ..
The doctor at d ultrasound said that fetal growth is less ..it should be more at this stage as I m 34weeks pregnant..n also told that the movements are less due to low amniotic fluid..plz help how to increase AFI..

Increase protein in your diet,increase fluid intake,take bed rest properly...

Mine was the opposite AFI was slightly high.You have to drink lots of fluid and for baby's weight drink milk regularly and atleast 1 egg every day.

Hydrate yourself well..measure how much water you taking..be strict with <u>that</u>
