What activities should be performed in 9th month for normal delivery

Don't do anything that causes too much exertion it sometimes even a stretch it spasm occurs which is very painful..so just walk as much is comfortable and yes you can do squats but that too first ask your doctor

Walking is safest. <br>
U should not start anything new. .<br>
Start walking 30 min a day <br>
Then increase it to twice a day.
Do butterfly exercises at home.
Try little squats if feeling comfortable. <br>
Practice deep breathing
