Hi Celestine, babies often spit up milk after a feed. It is the excess milk that they can't retain in their tummies as their stomach muscles aren't completely developed yet and also because of trapped air. There is nothing to worry about as long as your baby is gaining weight. The amount will be just a teaspoon or two. It is less than what they intake and isn't called puking it's just reflux. Keep him/her upright for 20 - 25 mins after every feed and burp your baby. Also try and do diaper changes before feeding your baby. This resolves itself by the 4th month dear. On the other hand if your baby is projectile vomiting (i.e. puke that travels across the room) then take an appointment with a pediatrician.

Nothing to worry, puking is normal. Still try to burp well after every feed.
