What are the things that I can do to stop my belly from bulging post delivery and get back to it's normal size?

if its nornal delivery - u can start after 3 mts. if csection then its 6 mts start slow with walks and yoga and slowly move to abs workout

It's nothing u can do till your baby is 3 month till than no point thinking about loosing weight than slowly walk workout and eat healthy balance diet , if natural delivery wearing a tight Saree or a corset will help and if c session belt after doc gives green signal helps
