What can be super soothing and yummy than a moong dal bhajiyas in this rainy season 😄 I made these hot bhajias within 30mins while it was raining heavily. You can try them too its super simple 😄

All you need is:
1) 200 gms of moong dal
2) 1/2 onions finely chopped
3) 2 green chillies finely chopped
4) coriander finely chopped
5) cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
6) salt according to taste
7) turmeric a pinch
8) oil for deep frying
.
Method:
1) Soak Moong dal for 15minutes in water.
2) meawhile, chop everything. After 15-20 minutes grind the dal without water coarsely, don't make a fine paste.
3) add all the finely chopped ingredients, salt, turmeric and give a good mix.
4) heat oil in a wok, and deep fry making small balls out of the batter.
5) serve hot with either green chutney or kajoor imli ki chatni.
