If your previous delivery is a normal delivery or if this is your 1st pregnancy with no complications till now<br>
then do squatting.<br>
30-50 squatting a day will make your delivery very easy. I've experienced. If u r overweight, do walking but also do squatting.<br>
More than walking, squatting is a proved exercise for easy and smooth normal delivery.<br>
Ofcz eat healthy.
