What care should be taken when stitches are removed so that marks go away? Also someone mentioned even after stitches are removed it is possible that it is still sore from inside.. Is this true?
Minimum 3 months rest is needed. Avoid <u>lifting</u> heavy weight

Yes it will take time to heal.<br>
So dont bend too much avoid lifting heavy things.<br>
Stiches marks will be there, you can only lighten then by applying maderma

Yes that's true it takes at least or minimum 3 months for stitches to heal from inside..
