What do you use for spotting days? Hearing a lot about pantyliners. Any personal experience or reviews?
Yes I use panty liners comfortably on 4th n 5th days. They are comfortable and breathable and keeps the area wetness free

I use Paree panty liners, and even on last days of my period m absorbency is good and super comfortable. Best for regular use.
