have healthy balanced diet , avoid gassy food , fried and spicy food , have veggies fruits and nuts and have lots of water keep us self hydrated have milk and dahi also

what asha said. u can eat everything in moderation. avoid junk and oily. walk after evry meal. what u eat has no connection to baby feed. its the nutrients that are passed to baby.

less spicy and less oily. avoid ghee for a couple of weeks. otherwise normal food - everything in moderation. pls drink lots of fluids, milk and milk products. good luck and welcome to mommyhood :)
