eat everything in moderation - in terms of grains, fruits and veggies. methi, dill, flax are supposed to help with BM production. chia is great for bones. Have milk. Avoid cold stuff. that's the advise I followed. all the best :)

try to eat healthy food. avoide spicy and oilly food. as u wud be feeding ur baby so it's very important for you to eat correct food.
