You can eat everything. . eat healthy n fresh food.. Less spicy .. fruits and vegetables.. milk and curd ... Avoid papaya in fruits ...

Hi<br> Take all homemade fresh foods daily and drink lots of water with other Fluids as much as possible.. fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables are most important to take in pregnancy. Avoid oily and spicy food, junk foods papaya and pineapple.
