Spotting in early pregnancy may be implantation bleeding or may suggest threatened abortion. It is uncommon to have bleeding and I would suggest that you should consult an Obstetrician or get in touch with your obstetrician. While you needn't be alarmed and seek urgent consultation, I would recommend you to be examined as soon as possible. Hope this was helpful to you.

Spotting during early pregnancy is experienced due to the implantation and its normal. But if the frequency of spotting increases or you see bleeding with other symptoms like excess cramps or pain then please consult your doctor immediately.
