amniotic band is rare and it happens because of separation of inner amnion from the outer chorion on this is a little rupture and if it happens at exposes the baby to fibrous bands and these bands keep free floating in the amniotic fluid and they tangle in your babies finger or toes or hands but I will advise you to not to worry as when baby is born this can be treated if it is not in sever condition
