hello...
Breech pregnancy is a condition of pregnancy in which the fetus or baby is not in the head-down position in the uterus. Breech pregnancy is common and normal in early pregnancy as the baby grows and moves around in the uterus. However, by about 36 weeks of pregnancy, the baby should have moved into the head-down position, the normal position for vaginal delivery. If this has not happened, it is called a breech presentation..
oblique lie is a situation in which the long axis of the fetal body crosses that of the maternal body at an angle close to 45 degrees, in presentation, the shoulder usually presents first, but the arm or part of the trunk may also come first.
fetal head in hypochondriac region- the hypochondrium is the upper part of the abdomen on either side, inferior to (below) the thorax, in the area of the lower ribs.. The liver is in the right hypochondrium; the spleen and much of the stomach are in the left hypochondrium. so fetal head is in left/ right hypochondriac region.. hope you got it..
