⬛What is FUPA???
(Fat under pelvic area)

If you think you’re the only one who hasn’t heard of this term before, don’t worry! Even though it is something only you may have seen, there are loads of women who obsess about their pubic area fat.
◼️What is FUPA???
;This is the lumpy area that forms under your tummy, and for us mums, usually after we have kids.
Let’s understand;

◼️How does it deveolp????
refers to the fat deposition that is observed in the area below the belly button and above your pubic hairline. While FUPA may not bother all people, it becomes a painful reality of post-pregnancy life for many women

◼️CAUSE:-
1️⃣GENETIC:-various genetic factors that contribute to weight gain and obesity can directly affect the mechanisms controlling fat weight and muscle weight.

2️⃣ Pregnancy;
You already know what happens to your body when you are pregnant.;
;the abdominal skin stretches to its limit to accommodate your little bundle of joy. But once she/he is out in your arms, that skin becomes loose creating a hanging pouch .The human female body collect fat in the trunk area during pregnancy to cushion the foetus developing within. It also strengthens and nourishes the muscles in that region, preparing for childbirth.;

3️⃣Rapid weight gain and loss
If you suddenly gained a lot of weight, your skin around the abdomen and below it will expand to accommodate the excess fat cells.
And when you suddenly lose all this weight, while the fat cells will terminate, they will end up leaving loose skin around the area. In both cases, you may end up with what will look like a pouch.

You can lose FUPA with regular exercise, healthy diet ....
