What is menstrual cup?
The small, flexible cup is made of silicone or latex rubber.Instead of absorbing the flow, like a tampon or pad,it catches and collects it.

I have shifted to cups since a year, and never want to go back to pads now!! That's how comfy they are... You won't even remember you are on your periods!! There was a concern from few people though, that it will hamper your fertility, don't use it. Well, I'm pregnant with baby #2 even after using these, so I guess, it doesn't have to do anything with fertility. Just proper hygiene should be maintained and you are sorted😊
