question
What is more important:::

To be with your child forever and have a guilty feeling that you quit job and not you can get back to work and you kill your dreams ??

Or

To take a risk and do something where you might not be with your child or family 24X7 but you get to start afresh to live your dream and you get assurance from hubby that he will manage. Plus he’s one pushing you to move ahead.

Which one you will choose and why ??? What insecurities you will have or how will you over or them ?

Dear .. how does does it matter the child gets attached to mom more or dad more ...anyways both parents are equal and important part of the child's life ..
You can talk to the child directly and explain the cause ..work or travel ..be in touch with the child via vdo calls ...and make small visits intermittently..
All said and done you are going to make it up all the lost months after the family reunites :-)
so no worries if it's inevitable and you have family support then you should travel ...best wishes ...

I choose to be with my child and quit my job ...
The moments ..the growing up days will not come to me; so I choose to be with her ..
Mea while as a very career oriented person also I could feel guilty so choose something to utilize that time by adding a new degree to my qualifications and some part time constancy that will not make me feel lost either .
Though monetarty compensation is way too less in a part time thing but yes I was always happy that I had little bit of everything.... This is my take on it ..
But also appreciate people who kept working without any break . Hats off that they could handle both together ...
So think about it and see what you really want and your support system too ..
Best wishes ..
