NST&nbsp; is a way to monitor your baby's heartbeat..&nbsp; To check it's&nbsp; consistency, pattern etc.&nbsp; A graph of the baby's heartbeat will keep getting printed simultaneously.. The machine is strapped to your tummy.. It's&nbsp; not <u>painful</u>
