Dasamulakatutrayadi kashyam 5 ml twice a day for cold. this is aurvedic medicine. i know name sounds weird but it really works. also ajwain sek and apply eucalyptus​ oil before sleeping.

give sek of ajwain and salt. you can also boil jeera, reduce the water to half and give with honey. milk with haldi is good

steam is the best way.
