and one more thing dont apply anything greesy or oily..

just clean ur baby's face with wet cotton cloth after every feed ( milk or solid ) ... my son has same in chin area and doc said " u r not cleaning it properly  "... clean with wet cloth..

It's by summer don't use oil on that area

don't rub this area.. it luk like prickly heat.. apply some Himalaya prickly heat powder fa two days.. it l go away.. otherwise check out wt pead.. don put on new clothes to baby.. always put on washed cotton clothing
