what is the difference between ragi flour & sprouted ragi flour? i want to give my 10 months old baby ragi.

Ragi flour is just cleaned  and powdered. Sprouted means.. ragi is washed, soaked and allow to sprout a little, then sun dried ( or roasted on tawa) and powdered. Sprouted will be better... if you get of good quality.
