What is the reach calcium source which is easily available...i suffer from bone problem during pregnancy it gives sound..i am 4 month pregnant what should i do.

Hi have calcium supplements regularly, foods like ladyfingers, badam, paneer, milk, pumpkin seeds all has lot of calcium.
