What is the timing of the grahan today. Between what time are we not supposed to eat anything?

I had experienced a Grahan during my 4th month I guess. Don't worry. If your family has any restrictions follow that but no restrictions must be followed in drinking and eating. Rest, culturally, the other superstitions will actually give you some much needed rest. Keep your hubby with you too :) and have a good time.

Hi
It happens around 11.45 and the whole eclipse gets over by 3.00am in the morning. But that does not mean pregnant women should not eat anything. Please don't starve but other than this follow up with your traditions. Tc

@6037d9fac235da0014c4c934 see first of all for us pregnant women it becomes difficult to stay empty stomach for longer periods so I would suggest u that u can snack upon dry fruits, fruits, roasted sprouts or boiled sprouts etc...
