What is the travel guidance during pregnancy ? My wife is having 18 weeks of pregnancy, can she travel 5 hour road journey and 2 hour flight journey.
Hi if there is no complications in your wife's pregnancy then she can. 5 hours journey at a stretch should be avoided, take break every hour.

You should take doctor's advice before travelling. Usually there should not be any problem but its better to check with your gynecologist.
