What is this blood like clot on my baby's forehead. It was smaller when she was 1 week but now has increased in size and doctor said to wait for one year after which surgery would be prescribed if it remains there. Is it really a cause of concern? I am uploading her two pics one at around one week and another of right today.. Please see and suggest if it's the usual case and what should I care for in this regard.

Ideally there should be a pedeatrician round report aswell which is missing these are the daily metrics taken by pedeatrician. But dont worry baby wont need surgery we ned to wait till 4 months and see how the skin changes its colour is there any difficulty in latching or feeding experienced by the baby

Dr. Priyanka Patel it was nowhere mentioned in the discharge summary itself.. Sometimes I doubt if it is because of the mishandling during care of the baby in NICU by nursing staff. I am attaching discharge summary

This is more of a mixed or strawberry hemangioma but it might go on its own as I can see in the Latest baby pic but I do need discharge summary where it would be mentioned about severity
