what is tummy time..n when it shud give to baby...in which age or time???

it shud be given as soon as u r back to.home. can start from 1 week old baby. tummy time has to be happen on floor. not on any bed or mattress u can use baby gym for the same.

placing baby on his tummy instead of his back , is giving him tummy time, it is good to strengthen neck muscles, and for babys digestion ..you can start now just for 5 minutes atleast three times a day and can gradually increase, never leave baby unattended when placed on tummy, do it in your supervision
