Normal healthy home food which suits you. The reason we mention home food is to avoid infection. Eat balanced and ensure whole grain cereals lots of vegetables and fruits pulses and milk products. If you are a non veg then you can eat eggs meat and fish as well.

Yes I agree to Radhika, roti with some ajwain in it. Vegetable Daliya, Khichadi, Vegetable or tomato soup, kheer etc... avoid junk food...

less spicy more healthy ... green vegetables.. roti ( ghee added) n dal ( 2 cups) at one meal ..
