Protein riched foods will help, eggs, chicken, paneer, tofu, soya, lentils, dry fruits, nuts etc.

Try taking more of proteins like egg whites, dals, milk and so on. Also, include lots of fruits like banana in your diet. Healthy fats in nuts are also beneficial for baby's weight gain.
