If the above said investigations comes with abnormal things then AMNIOCENTESIS is done

Double or triple marker for genetic abnormalities along with NT scan and then between 18 to 20 weeks anamoly scan to see if all is fine in baby organs wise. Ot to rule out any other abnormality.;
