Ok thank u mam , we thought that cough and cold gets automatically transmitted to baby through mother's milk and so she is not eating guava and oranges to protect herself from cough and cold

Nothing in particular, mother doesn't pass cough and cold to baby through milk. If she has cold and cough then she needs to keep sanitising her hands often.
