Only your gyno can say exactly. But the main sign is Abdominal contractions. Your abdominal muscles will contract and release..every now and then.. That's the false one. That means body is getting ready. Those contractions increases... every hour. then every half and hour.. and then every minute. Also.. with every contraction... you will get pain. Pain increases...as time passes. Then you are in labour pain. During labour pain.. u can feel severe pain, restlessness.. can't even talk... Once you deliver baby... there won't be any pain.
