Eat and sleep well, don't stress, lesser physical activities that would exert pressure on pelvic region, no standing for long, avoid bending and rather pick up things in squatting position. Avoid caffeine, raw papaya, grapes, pineapple, sprouts, spicy food etc. Never miss medicines, take rest. Meet gynae whenever in doubt, and take others' help wherever required

Eat healthy food, drink lot of liquids, don't miss medicine.. take care of health. Take proper rest.. no much weight lifting. .. stay active.. your gynecologist will guide u more..
