It's ok to have everything in moderation..just try to have more water n fibre protein rich food...take rest, walk regularly

Thnq u all....somebody suggests to go for warm things like wheat ka shira, banana, talmakhana, dates...r all dis ok to have in dis mnth??

hie priyanka..in 9th month u can opt 4 gud diet as in dis month u n ur baby will go through drastic changes...hav 4-5 crushed almonds,cashews,2 dates n half a tsp of ghee in milk boil it 4 sumtym n drink it...dun hav ghee in high amount it ll cause high bp.. hav green veges loads f water... avoid rice n heavy food...m on dis diet only...gud luck🤗

One of the elders in my family suggested; warm some ghee with 3-4 crushed almonds,; mix it in warm milk and have it every night.
