hi dear, i agree 100% with all moms here. in my opinion breast milk wastge most convenient thing for me even while going out. in case you have to be away from baby, breastmilk can be expressed and stored too, like roopashree said... feeding bm has immense benefits for baby and mom. also remember that for every fm that you feed, your bm gets reduced. until and unless you are unable to breastfeed, do not give fm.... and the poop is absolutely normal...

please exclusively breast feed baby till 6 months

please don't give unnecessarily...thats my personal opinion. In case you want to go somewhere or can't feed..you can express milk and you can feed. i m giving formula milk only once to develop a habit just in case i cant feed her breast milk
