Hi Menaka for the first 10 days avoid spicy and masala foods as it will make you gassy. After that you can have everything homemade, Your food will not affect baby in any ways. Include lot of jeera , saunf, ajwain, daliya, oats, eggs, dry fruits, vegetables, fruits, nuts, milk and milk products in your diet regularly.
