Hi Enette! Can you share your platelet count and why it has possibly decreased? Is it due to some illness or has it been present since before pregnancy? You could start eating kiwi fruit or dragonfruit everyday to increase platelet count. Have more protein in your diet especially eggs and fish. Eat more greens like spinach, kale and fenugreek. Opt for whole grain foods rather than refined flour. But first, please address the possible cause.
