What should I do now, I am Bored " I use to hear this statement almost 100 times a day. And the next step was to reach out to a screen with xyz reason, if available To help myself out of this situation I created a BOREDOM JAR to help kavya find imaginative paths out of ' I am Bored ' state.
Things you will need - a Jar
- 30 colorful paper cuttings or sticky label
- Pen 🖊 / Marker
- your child to brainstorm ideas💡 Ideas to put in BOREDOM JAR
Physical activities
- keep a balloon in the air
- Jump 50 times
- Balance an object on your head
- Do bear Walk Hide and Seek activities
- find My Pen
- Find your favorite teddy Creative activities
- solve a puzzle
- Try counting backwards
- Act like your mother
Each month I try to change activities so that kavya remains intrested what is gonna come out of the jar. Instead of saying " what should I do now"
