Plus one To Aditi. Have everything in moderation. Avoid junk and unhygienic food. Walk around and stay active. Have proteins amply.

Plan your diet in a way that it includes all food groups..milk, milk products, veggies, fruits, nuts and normal Indian diet with salads etc is good..have lots of fluids. Water, coconut water, buttermilk, lemonede etc...also include fibre rich foods and curd in your daily diet..have dates, anjeer with milk..you can soak few raisins, almonds, 1 walnut and anjeer in water at night..peel almonds and walnut and rest all have with little honey.. salads, fruit Chaat, soups etc are very good..even Vegetable daliya..all kinds of pulses, cereals are good
