keep eating small portions of healthy food after every 2 hrs.☺ Avoid junk food because every bite that goes into your mouth should give nourishment to your child! there is no point in gaining weight by eating lot of fatty food or just lot of food☺you can try drinking a small glass of panchamrit every morning and eat one Banana and 2 dates as your first morning meal. In breakfast you can eat veggie paratha, fruits, eggs etc.

whatever you eat doesn't pass to the baby.. baby's weight will increase with what you eat.. just keep feeding.. if baby pees 6-7 times, it means baby is doing well... nothing to worry... eat healthy and have plenty of fluids. only thing that matters is baby should b <u>active</u> and healthy.
