Normal breakfast as u have, dosa idli, paratha, upma, poha, fruits, ragi porridge, oats etc.

You can give everything you eat now.. normal food , poha , dosa , idli , oats , cornflakes , paratha ..give little fruits too . Lots of water and juices.
