awesome advice by neha!!! pls consult ur dr so u can take supplements as well. and be sure u have vit C to absorb the iron from food u eat. u can squeeze some lemon on ur food if it suits u

Also add dates, pomegranate and beer root in your diet..helps to improve harmoglobin..eat eggs, paneer, dry fruits, green veggies
