eat healthy foods every two hours.  make sure you get lots of fruits and salads in your diet.  when you feel like snacking,  turn to fruits or nuts rather than anything else.  include 5 almonds and 5 cashews and 1 walnut in your diet.  dates also are good for the pregnancy.  avoid excess sugar as there are chances of gestational diabetes.  do not eat for two!
