Firstly to manage gas and pain in your baby try making your baby burp after meals, massage gently on the stomach with two figures, try doing bicycle exercise with your baby's legs, to increase breast feeding, try breastfeeding from both the sides always, follow a healthy diet with green leafy vegetables, nuts, dairy products, eggs, lentils, beans, whole grain, fruits, and dried fruits. keep a adequate water intake.
