Moon,keep breastfeeding the kid,it will take time,saline drops wont cure,it will only help to clear nasal passage for the time being which helps the kid to nurse. Keep patience. Do ajwain potli sek on chest and back,make him smell ajwain potli and keep it at his bedside. It will help decongest the baby. You can apply saffron paste on forehead. Hope ur baby gets well soon! And do review with doc at the prescribed time.

Dr did give saline drops but not helping

She is quite small so I think you should take her to a doctor..she will suggest some saline drops..
