What to eat ...how to eat..? M taking short meals but ..digestion is not proper ...heavy ness n tightness m felling all d time....m drinking lot of water ..but still ..problem is d same.....pleade suggest me ....what to do?

Hi mahi<br>
U need to start your day with soaked almonds 6-8 and 2 walnuts. Don't start with chai or coffee. Have your bfast within 2 hours of waking up. After 30 mins of bfast stroll around for 10 mins.<br>
Then after 2 hours eat a fruit or have coconut water.<br>
After 2 hours have lunch, include chaach in lunch or dahi. Then again walk for 10 mins. By evening u shud have another small meal around 4:30-5pm, either besan cheela or sandwich whatever works best, then dinner by 7:30-8pm, again stroll for about 10 mins but after 30 mins of having dinner. Finish your day with lukewarm milk before bed time.<br>
Keep a gap of 2 hrs between dinner and sleeping time. Have salad with lunch and dinner.<br>
After lunch and dinner u can take a teaspoon of saunf and chew it well.<br>
Have at least 4 litres of water and most importantly stroll after every.meal.<br>
Your heaviness shud go away.<br>
Do this for 3-4 days u will be able to see the difference.

avoid carbonated drinks, pineapple , papaya unhygenic food , food in which ajinomoto is used. rest have anything you want in moderation. keep yourself hydrated. 2-3 ltrs of water.fresh juice lime water , buttermilk, coconut water anything will work.<br>
protien rich food ( dal , eggs ,paneer etc) lots of veggies , fresh fruits . just keep balanced diet. in between meals munch something ( biscuits , roasted chana , fruit salad , oats anything you like ) <br>
dont be empty stomach for long.;; enjoy your pregnancy stay calm and relaxed
