have healthy freshly prepared home cooked meals in regular intervals . never starve yourself . include protein in every meals . greens , fruits except papaya and pineapple,  nuts , dry fruits , dairy products , eggs  should be consumed . avoid processed a packaged foods as they are high in preservatives.   walk daily . have your supplements and medicines on time . stay happy .
