You can have everything homemade in moderation, Include lot of jeera, saunf, ajwain, daliya,oats, green vegetables, dry fruits, nuts, milk and milk products in your diet regularly. Drink minimum 4 litres of water per day.

A mother can take everything cooked at home. She just have to avoid more oily and spicy foods in the beginning. Have plenty of water. <br>
